One of our Strategic Goals is to Enhance Consumer Outreach and Community Involvement
For over 20 years, Greater Piedmont REALTORS® has supported and invested in the community our members serve through civic projects, donation drives, scholarship awards and direct contributions.
Greater Piedmont REALTORS® “Ignite Others” project was held today to illuminate our support of the local community!!! REALTORS® partnered with Foothills Housing Corporation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help low-income residents find and maintain affordable housing. This was a great opportunity for REALTORS® to demonstrate our commitment to affordable housing by hauling and spreading ~12 cubic yards of mulch for this renovated space that will accommodate 2 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom apartments in our community (local landmark of Ben & Mary’s)! #ThatsWhoWeR
Greater Piedmont REALTORS® collected over 160 boxes of cereal and $220.00 at our “Stuff the Tent” cereal drive during our Annual Meeting September 12, 2023. 4 local area Food banks cereal shelves were just a little fuller, thanks to you!

The local high school counselors selected the winners based on our criteria. Our GPR Good Neighbors Committee presented $7,000 in total scholarships on our behalf over the past couple weeks!

Due to the pandemic, the people living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities could not have family come visit or even visit much with others in the same facility. These residents were isolated.
For many years, Greater Piedmont has hosted blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross.
