One of our Strategic Goals is to Enhance Consumer Outreach and Community Involvement
For over 20 years, Greater Piedmont REALTORS® has supported and invested in the community our members serve through civic projects, donation drives, scholarship awards and direct contributions.
The CARES Committee wants to thank all our generous donors who helped share the warmth this year!
With your help we collected over 391 hats, 402 pairs of gloves & mittens, 596 pairs of socks, and 64 scarves! That's a total of 1,453 items to help warm up our community.
Our CARES committee members helped collect, sort, separate and deliver items to: SAFE, Culpeper; Culpeper Shelter; Community Touch, Bealeton; Fauquier Shelter; Vint Hill Transitional Housing; and MESA, Madison.
Thank you again for your generous support!
Greater Piedmont REALTORS® give out scholarships to 14 seniors from the 7 local high schools in our 4 county footprint.
There are two Boys & Girls Clubs within the Greater Piedmont Footprint and over the years we have partnered with them and donated time and resources so they can continue helping kids and teens in our area.
Due to the pandemic, the people living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities could not have family come visit or even visit much with others in the same facility. These residents were isolated.
For many years, Greater Piedmont has hosted blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross.
The Town of Culpeper was in jeopardy of losing their USDA RD status that enables Culpeper residents to afford housing and experience the dream of homeownership.
