You've been paying for a Ferrari and driving it like a golf cart. Canva's Magic AI tools can generate graphics, resize content for every platform, write copy, remove backgrounds, and animate your brand in the time it used to take just to find the right font. In this 90-minute session, we're cracking the hood open and actually using the thing. No design degree required. No excuses accepted.

Objectives:

• Identify and activate Canva's core Magic AI features to produce listing graphics, social posts, and marketing assets in minutes, not hours.
• Apply Magic Write and Magic Design to generate on-brand content without starting from a blank canvas.
• Build a repeatable Canva workflow that fits into a real estate agent's actual schedule.
