This course is designed to give REALTORS® a clear roadmap for navigating a real estate transaction from contract to closing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the roles of the listing agent, selling agent, and settlement agent, along with the critical behind-the-scenes processes that keep transactions moving smoothly. The class also explores common challenges and special circumstances agents may encounter during a transaction, helping them better prepare to manage issues efficiently, communicate effectively with clients, and create a more seamless closing experience from start to finish.

The class has a NO refund cancellation or transfer policy. Additionally, if 10 minutes or more of the class you registered for is missed, you WILL NOT receive any DPOR or Designation/Certification credit if applicable. GPR reserves the right to cancel due to a lack of participation. There is a no cancellation or transfer policy for all Non-members.
