Participants will leave this class with a clear understanding of Virginia rental laws, fiduciary duties, and essential Standard forms, along with practical guidance on handling assistance animals, tenant pre-qualification, and lease preparation. REALTORS® will gain the tools to confidently manage rental transactions, strengthen client relationships, and uncover new business opportunities by saying Yes to the Rental Lead.
