CANCELLED Navigating the Rental Listing

 Join Tiffany Izenour for Navigating the Rental Listing, a practical course designed to give REALTORS® the knowledge and best practices they need to confidently assist clients with rental properties and landlord-tenant transactions.

Participants will explore the rental listing process, applicable forms, Fair Housing requirements, assistance animal accommodations, application procedures, lease preparation, and final transaction responsibilities. The course will also help REALTORS® understand how to establish appropriate expectations with landlords, reduce potential compliance concerns, and provide a more professional and consistent experience for both landlords and prospective tenants.

Attendees will also learn to recognize situations where partnering with a property management professional may better serve the client’s needs.

This course is eligible for 2 hours of Continuing Education (CE) and/or Professional Learning (PL) credit, as applicable.

Credit is subject to the requirements and approval of the applicable licensing or professional organization.

Participants must meet all attendance, participation, and completion requirements to receive credit.
