Course Description:

Artificial intelligence (A.I.) is rapidly transforming the real estate industry. This course provides an overview of A.I., its impact on real estate professionals, and potential legal and ethical pitfalls to consider when using these emerging technologies.

Topics will include the use of A.I. in connection with Fair Housing, advertising, and real estate contracts, with an emphasis on understanding potential risks and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• No Refund/Cancellation or Transfer Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and registrations may not be transferred.
• Attendance Requirement: Participants who miss 10 minutes or more of the registered class will not receive DPOR or applicable designation/certification credit.
• Class Cancellation: GPR reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient participation.
