This course equips participants with a comprehensive understanding of environmental hazards commonly found in Virginia homes, including their origins, health impacts, and mitigation strategies. It also introduces key agencies, testing recommendations, and techniques for addressing these hazards. Additionally, participants will gain insight into how environmental issues can impact real estate transactions, enabling them to provide accurate information to clients, navigate contract negotiations effectively, and minimize closing delays.
