This course covers the mandatory 8 hours CE to include, 2 hrs. Fair Housing, 2 hrs. Legal Update/Law, 2 hrs. Agency Law and 2 hrs. Contracts.
This class will cover the 8 hours of mandatory continuing education that is common to both salespersons and brokers. Topics covered are Legal Updates and Flood Insurance, Fair Housing, Agency, and Contracts. The Fair Housing training will satisfy both the state CE requirements and NAR’s triannual requirements. This will be a class that is not strictly lecture but will include discussion and not be, as one student stated about previous 8 hour classes they attended, a “snooze fest.”
The class has a NO refund cancellation or transfer policy. Additionally, if 10 minutes or more of the class you registered for is missed, you WILL NOT receive any DPOR or Designation/Certification credit if applicable. GPR reserves the right to cancel due to lack of participation.
Please note: If Fauquier County government offices are closed due to extreme weather conditions, all GPR Classes and Meetings will be cancelled.
