Participants of this course will benefit in several ways:

• First, it will provide participants an understanding of the benefits of drone use for real estate transactions. Whether the realtor decides to hire a drone pilot or become a drone pilot, it provides realtors the opportunity to take pictures they could not have been able to get.
• Second, if realtors are interested in using a drone during the real estate transaction, the process can appear daunting. This class breaks it down into a few distinct and easily achievable steps. It discusses the Part 107 certification process, training, drone selection and registration, and how to tell where you are allowed to fly a drone.
• Third, it will provide participants a better understanding of the requirements associated with legal operation of a drone.

The class has a NO refund cancellation or transfer policy.  Additionally, if 10 minutes or more of the class you registered for is missed, you WILL NOT receive any DPOR or Designation/Certification credit if applicable.  GPR reserves the right to cancel due to lack of participation.
